After more than 15 years in HR and people development, I saw first-hand how many talented people felt stuck, overlooked or unsure of what came next.
Following my own career transition and career break to raise my family, I founded Career Focus UK to help others rediscover their confidence and create careers that truly fit their lives.
Today, alongside my private coaching practice, I work as an Associate Coach with MindGym and The Maternity Coach, supporting individuals and organisations through leadership development, career transitions and return-to-work coaching.
