After spending over 15 years working in HR and people development, I became increasingly aware that many talented professionals lacked confidence in their careers -not because they weren't capable, but because they didn't have the space to step back and think about what they really wanted.
That realisation led me to retrain as a Career Coach.
Like many of my clients, I've also experienced significant career transitions. After taking time away from work to raise my family, I successfully returned to my career and understand first-hand both the opportunities and challenges that career change can bring.
