I have over 15 years experience working in HR and career support in a number of industries in the UK and Ireland; which provided me with an excellent understanding of people from all walks of life and different business perspectives.

I am an Association for Coaching accredited Career Coach and a licensed Career Coach with the Career Counselling Services.  With a post grad in HR Management and Development, I am also a Chartered member of the CIPD.

After taking a career break to care for our young children, I have set up Career Focus UK based in Ashtead, Surrey.

At Career Focus, I offer Career Coaching programmes aimed at individuals who want to make a career change or return to work after a career break.
